Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Gloocan's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Gloocan provides software development services including web development, mobile app development, custom software solutions, and related technical consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our systems.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed upon in individual project contracts. We typically require a 30% deposit to begin work, with milestone payments throughout the project and final payment upon completion. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the custom code and deliverables created for your project. We retain rights to any pre-existing code, libraries, or frameworks used. We may showcase your project in our portfolio with your permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gloocan's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work and materials.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Gloocan is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
